THE ROLES OF SOCIAL WORKER TOWARD INPATIENTS AT DA NANG HOSPITAL FOR WOWEN AND CHILDREN

Abstract

This paper describes and clarifies the roles of social workers toward inpatients at Da Nang Hospital for Women and Children. By the qualitative and quantitative research results, the study reveals that social workers have played an important role in supporting activities toward inpatients. In fact, they still face some challenges in shaping professionalism in their profession due to the limitations of human resource. Hence, the authors propose some feasible solutions to effectively promote the role of social workers at the hospital in the future.
