PRIVATE HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE MEKONG DELTA TOWARD DEVELOPING HIGH-QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCES

Abstract

Private higher education in the Mekong Delta has made significant contributions to the training of high-quality human resources, ensuring sustainable socio-economic development in the region, especially in the current context of educational competition and integration. Based on secondary data and in-depth interviews with administrators, lecturers, this article analyzes the challenges faced by private universities in the Mekong Delta and proposes solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance the reputation of private universities in the region, aiming to meet the demand for high-quality human resources in today’s context.
