Abstract

Result of the research on business ethics of garment enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces (in 2018) based on utilitarianism and moral rights reported that, surveyed enterprises had proactively and actively concerned on business ethics; and their business characteristics have an effect on business ethics. However, there still are many holes in the long-term brand development process when reflecting on 17 internal and external ethical attributes, especially the awareness on ensuring moral rights of the employers in small and medium enterprises.
