SOME NON-TRADITIONAL SECURITY PROBLEMS IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Currently, more and more non-traditional security problems appear in many forms, seriously affecting political security and social order and safety of many countries around the world. Non-traditional security issues affect socio-economic activities and not only at the national level, Vietnam is not an exception to that general trend. On the basis of analyzing views and concepts on domestic and foreign non-traditional security issues, the article suggests some solutions to improve the ability to deal with and combat non-traditional security issues in Vietnam today.
