APPLICATION OF JUDGMENT IN LAW TRAINING IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

The application of judgments in law training in Vietnam plays a very important role in helping students' understanding of the theoretical knowledge of law associated with practical application, practice in argumentation, and development of critical thinking abilities. On that basis, the orientation encourages students to evaluate, contrast, and discuss the material connected to governing legal provisions, compare them to laws from other countries, and improve Vietnamese legal provisions. Through the use of decisions from actual cases to update jurisprudence teaching methods and improve the standard of instruction.
