POLICY OF TRAINING, FOSTERING INTELLECTUAL TEAM IN THE FIELD OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

The Party and the State have traditionally emphasised the importance of high-quality human resources, particularly scientific and technological intellectuals, and have issued several projects and programmes to attract, train, and promote scientific and technological intellectual teams. The article proposes a number of solutions to improve the quality of scientific and technological intellectuals to meet the requirements of science and technology demand as the foundation for the country to elevate and integrate globally based on the effective implementation of the policy of training and fostering the contingent of science and technology intellectuals in Vietnam today.
