IMPLEMENTATION OF PREFERENTIAL POLICIES FOR PEOPLE WITH REVOLUTIONARY MERIT (Case Study of Can Gio District, Ho Chi Minh City)

Abstract

Recent years have seen the implementation of preferential policies aimed at individuals who have made significant contributions to development in Can Gio district, ensuring timely and comprehensive support for beneficiaries. Additionally, numerous "Repaying Gratitude" initiatives have been implemented, yielding significant outcomes that enhance both the material and spiritual well-being of families with distinguished services, thereby contributing to the reduction of impoverished households within policy families. This article analyses the implementation of preferential policies for individuals with meritorious services to the revolution and offers recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of these policies in Can Gio district moving forward.
