Abstract

The development of the cadre of officials in Dong Nai Province has consistently garnered attention from Party committees and political systems at all levels, resulting in effective implementation. From the analysis of the current situation, the article recommends strategies for developing the province's workforce in preparation for the 12th Congress, term 2025-2030, and subsequent years. It emphasises the importance of selecting qualified and capable personnel to effectively serve the populace and support the province's future development.
