BINH PHUOC PROVINCE BORDER GUARDS IN PRESERVING AND DEVELOPING THE CULTURE OF ETHNIC MINORITIES IN THE BORDER REGION

Abstract

The border region of Binh Phuoc province has a diverse range of ethnic minorities. The provincial border guards have implemented various activities aimed at protecting and promoting the traditional cultural values of the local ethnic communities. Utilizing locally collected field data and in-depth interviews with local officials and residents, the study analyzes cultural preservation programs and projects implemented by the Binh Phuoc provincial border guards and identifies existing challenges, thereby proposing solutions to enhance the effectiveness of cultural preservation and promotion for ethnic minority communities.
