Abstract
From research data conducted by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, on the quality assessment process of the General Sociology subject and a survey of faculty lecturers, employs a quantitative analysis approach utilizing descriptive statistics and linear correlation analysis techniques. The findings indicate that student satisfaction is influenced by five primary factors: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. The article proposes solutions to enhance the quality of the General Sociology subject in educational institutions.
