CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IN PARTICIPATING IN EMPLOYEES’ SOCIAL INSURANCE IN VIETNAM

Abstract

The corporate social responsibility in participating in social insurance is regulated by legal documents. In recent years, numerous enterprises have effectively implemented social insurance mechanisms for their workforce; thereby safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of employees and contributing to the enhancement of national social security. Nevertheless, the prevalence of social insurance arrears among small and medium enterprises has arisen and is still outstanding. This article proposes several recommendations aimed at bolstering the social responsibility of enterprises with respect to employee social insurance participation in the foreseeable future.
