AESTHETIC VALUE OF REDUPLICATIVES IN CHILDREN’S STORIES OF NGUYEN HUY TUONG

Abstract

The reduplicative words, in accordance with the ability of young readers, are used in many children's stories written by Nguyen Huy Tuong. The writer’s creative impressions expressed through creating some reduplicative words, or combining with other words, such as: clarion, horrible, wandering… The involvement of reduplicative words has made the described content become a basic text layer in Nguyen Huy Tuong's works. As a result, the reality of the working and fighting life of the previous generation is reappeared in a specific way with expressive sentences.
