Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has created various impacts on different areas of the modern society, bringing both challenges and opportunities to the field of state governance. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to state governance and suggests some solutions to the problem for Vietnam.
