DEALING WITH THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN COOPERATION AND COMPETITION IN THE INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATION OF VIETNAM

Abstract

International integration is an objective development trend. However, international integration is always a complicated process, bringing both development opportunities and challenges with many problems for each country that need to be addressed. The article analyzes the problems posing to the relationship between cooperation and struggle in Vietnam's international integration and a number of related issues for promoting the dynamic and active international integration process of Vietnam.
