HO CHI MINH’S POLITICAL CULTURE WITH IMPROVING POLITICAL CULTURE FOR CADRES AND COMMUNIST PARTY MEMBERS IN HO CHI MINH CITY NOWADAYS

Abstract

Ho Chi Minh's political culture shows his humanistic political goals and ideals, his bravery, intelligence, political style and capacity for creative political activities. That heritage needs to be inherited, be absorbed into the awareness and the practice of leading and running the cadres of country and Party members in the political system in our country in general, and in Ho Chi Minh City in particular. The practice of building and developing the city during the years of reformation shows that: the qualifications, capacity, and political bravery of the cadres and Party members are among the critical endogenous factors for rapid development and sustainability of this special city. In particular, continuing to enhance the political culture for cadres and party members is a key task, in order to improve the leadership capacity of Party organizations and the operating capacity of local government, to meet the requirements for the task of building and developing the City in the present and the future.
