MIDDLE WAY – A WAY OF COMPLETEHUMAN ETHICS ACCORDING TO CONFUCIUS THOUGHT

Abstract

Kong Ji lived in the Spring and Autumn period (551-479 BC), but his ideological values were influential not only at the time but also in the future. The idea of middle way (Trung Dung) is one of the achievements of Confucianism developed by Kong Ji. By using historical, logical and statistical methods, the research contributes to clarifying Confucius's middle ideas in moral education, social relations and behavior.
