HUMAN DEVELOPMENT ACHIEVEMENTS IN VIETNAM TODAY - A POLICY-BASED PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

Over the years, Vietnam has ebstablished policies to invest in human development, with focusing on people as the key subject of its development plan. The development of culture, building people as both the goal and the driving force of the innovation cause, has resulted in good improvements in the general development of the country as well as the complete development of people in particular. The article describes a variety of policies pertaining to human development, and highlights notable accomplishments in the execution of human development policies in contemporary Vietnam.
