SOLUTIONS FOR DEVELOPING HUMAN RESOURCES (CASE STUDY IN PV - DRILLING JOINT STOCK COMPANY)

Abstract

In the context of the current industrial revolution 4.0, the role of human resources is more important than ever. For businesses that require highly qualified and specialized human resources, attracting and improving the quality of human resources is always a top priority. Based on primary and secondary data sources, the article explores the human resource development at PV Drilling Joint Stock company. The research results show that, in order to develop human resources in a sustainable way, the company needs to evaluate the current situation of the staff in relation to job requirements and human resource challenges in the new period in order to identify appropriate direction and solutions.
