THE ROLE OF YOUTH CIVIL SERVANTS IN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION TO BUILD DIGITAL GOVERNMENT - EVALUATION CRITERIA

Abstract

In order to successfully implement the national digital transformation programme, the entire political system, synchronous action at all levels and the participation of the entire population are required with youth civil servants playing an important role in transforming and operating the digital 'engine'. The article briefly outlines the role of youth civil servants in digital transformation to build a digital government and suggests research on the current situation and solutions to promote the role of youth civil servants in innovation, creativity and digital technology application.
