Abstract

The identification, development, and effective implementation of leadership and management cultural standards will make a significant contribution to strengthening the society's faith in the leadership of the Party and the State, as well as mobilise the power of the great national unity bloc and arouse the aspiration for national development. To implement these cultural standards effectively, leaders and managers must continuously learn and train themselves, at the same time, there is a great need for the impact of the entire society, of competent and responsible agencies, to enhance their awareness of obligations and responsibilities to the country.
