CIRCULAR AGRICULTURE - SOME SUCCESSFUL MODELS IN THE WORLD AND LESSONS LEARNED FOR VIETNAM

Abstract

Circular agriculture has existed for a long time in the world. However, it is not until environmental issues are concerned and sustainable development becomes the goal of countries that Circular Agriculture is focused. Although there are many different concepts of Circular Agriculture, they all show that Circular Agriculture is a closed production cycle, in which the output of this stage will be the input to the next stage. The article summarizes and analyzes a number of successful circular agriculture models in other countries, such as China, Tanzania and Egypt, as well as the current state of circular agriculture in Vietnam. From there, a number of recommendations are made to promote the future sustainable development of Vietnam's agriculture.
