THE READINESS OF CIVIL SERVANT TEAMS FOR DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION (A Case Study of Civil Servant Teams at the People's Committee of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City)

Abstract

Digital transformation is an essential trend and civil servants play an important role in modernizing public services. The survey results show that, although some advanced digital skills and capabilities are still limited, most civil servants at the People's Committee of District 1 have correct awareness and positive attitudes towards digital transformation.
