Abstract

This article employs a historical data analysis and historical approach to examine the establishment and sustainability of orphanages in Saigon City and Gia Dinh province during the period of 1966-1975. Additionally, it presents relevant data pertaining to charitable endeavours in the Southern region, with a specific focus on orphanages, prior to 1975.
