Abstract

Through reviewing secondary documents and studying the Potique Hotel in Nha Trang City and the Des Arts Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, we recognise the uniqueness of antique hotels and art hotels, as well as the direction of change. By transitioning from a traditional model to an antique/art model, it not only meets the increasingly personalised tourism market trend, but also the requirements of sustainable hotel development.
