Abstract

The Nation Court of Criminal Law is a legislation that possesses a wealth of content and numerous exceptional values within the context of Vietnamese feudal law history. In addition to regulations governing state management activities, the National Court of Criminal Law provides explicit, precise, and comprehensive regulations pertaining to clerical employment. This dissertation analyzes the regulations of the Later Le Dynasty about clerical employment in the Nation Court of Criminal Law and discusses their relevance to the implementation of sanctions in contemporary clerical work.
