Abstract

Social criticism is an essential and objective need on the path to build the socialist rule of law state in Vietnam. In the new period, in order to meet the requirements of building and perfecting the socialist rule of law state, it is necessary to continue to have solutions to improve a legal framework for the social criticism in Vietnam. The article analyzes the leadership of the Communist Party of China in the social criticism activities and some of these activities of socio-political organizations in China, thereby gaining a better understanding of social criticism and improving the legal framework about these as well as providing some lessons for Vietnam in the current period.
