Quyền tài sản và việc đăng ký quyền tài sản theo pháp luật Việt Nam hiện nay

Abstract

Property rights are one of the basic civil rights of humans and increasingly play an important role in the market economy in Vietnam today. Furthermore, in the era of the 4.0 revolution, scientific and technological breakthrough changes and the emergence of diverse types of the property rights have raised questions about the recognition of these types. The article analyzes the regulations on registration of property rights in Vietnam and points out some inadequacies in the legal provisions on this issue. Thereby, the authors propose some solutions to improve the law on the registration of property rights in Vietnam today.
