In today’s volatile business environment, the bankruptcy of enterprises is no longer a rare phenomenon. Factors such as fierce competition, technological changes, regulatory shifts, and economic instability have placed many businesses in difficult situations. Amid these challenges, bankruptcy laws play a crucial role in ensuring fairness, protecting the rights of stakeholders, and promoting economic restructuring. This article aims to explore and analyze the practical application of bankruptcy laws in Vietnam and several other countries worldwide. The author focuses on evaluating the effectiveness and limitations of the current legal system, while also proposing recommendations to enhance its efficiency, better meet business practices, and contribute to creating a stable, transparent business environment that supports sustainable development for the business community.
