This phenomenon has appeared for quite a long time in English and is now also becoming a trend in Vietnamese language with names such as "anti-proverbs", "new proverbs", "adapted proverbs", or "Gen Z proverbs", etc. The research results help clarify the similarities and differences between the two languages in terms of adapted idioms and proverbs in Gen Z language and at the same time offer recommendations and suggestions related to this issue.
