Chính sách về sinh kế cho người dân trong bối cảnh biến đổi khí hậu ở Việt Nam

Abstract

Climate change has been causing severe impacts on Vietnam across various areas, including the economy, environment, ecology, and people’s livelihoods, particularly in the agricultural sector. In response, Vietnam has implemented numerous policies to respond to climate change. This article analyzes the negative effects of climate change on livelihoods and overviews policy perspectives on environmental protection and response to climate change in Vietnam. It then highlights policy limitations and proposes policy recommendations to ensure people's livelihoods in the context of increasing climate change.
