Building and Completion of Mechanism to Practice Democracy in Communist Party of Vietnam

Abstract

      Practising democracy in the Communist Party of Vietnam is not only the core issue of survival of the Party but also the decisive factor to ensure its leadership towards the State and society. Since its establishment, the Party has always considered the practice one of the very important principles in its leadership. Under the renovation process, the practice of democracy in the Party has achieved salient results. However, in the process of practising, there are still many shortcomings and inadequacies that need to be overcome. Therefore, building and completing the mechanism for the practice is a very important task for the Party, both theoretically and practically, which requires fundamental solutions to implement.
