Social Progress in Vietnam

Abstract

Over the past more than 30 years of renovation, Vietnam has made important achievements in implementing social progress, contributing to improving the material and nonmaterial
aspects of life of the people. However, besides the achievements, there are things to be improved in the implementation. In the article, the author analyses to clarify the viewpoint on
social progress and its implementation in Vietnam in the renovation process; thereby contributing to providing more scientific bases for the decisions of the Vietnamese Party and State in order to complete the policy for the implementation today.
