Effectiveness and Standards to Assess Effectiveness in Teaching Subjects of Political Theory in Universities

Abstract

In Vietnam, when evaluating the teaching of subjects on political theory in universities, educators and researchers often deem that the effectiveness of the teaching is demonstrated in the results or quality of teaching. In the author's opinion, if evaluating the results or the quality of the teaching only, one cannot fully evaluate the reality of the teaching. Because teaching political theory is part of ideological work in the universities, it is necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching subjects of political theory in line with the views and standards of the work.
