Evaluation on bacterial contamination level in pork at some slaughterhouses in Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province
Abstract
This study was conducted to evaluate the levels of bacterial contamination in the fresh pork samples collected from 4 pig slaughterhouses in Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province. The testing result of 67 fresh pork samples collecting from the above mentioned places showed that 100% of the testing samples reached the standards of organoleptic properties, 62.69% of the samples reached the standards of total aerobic bacteria contamination level; and 70.15%; 89.55%; 62.69%; 64.18%; 100% of the samples reached the standards of E.coli; Salmonella, coliforms; Staphylococcus aureus; Clostridium perfringens contamination level, respectively.Downloads
