Abstract

In recent years, the trend of sustainable development has become more popularly. Vietnam’s sustainable development goal is to make it possible by reducing net emissions to zero by 2050. Accordingly, electric car utilization can be one of the crucial solutions in mitigating negative impacts of traditional fuel-based vehicles. This study focuses on determining certain factors affecting the electric car-utilizing intention of Ho Chi Minh City citizens. There are eight influencing factors to the electric car-using intention, including the four most impact factors, typically for finance, government support, infrastructure, and risk perception.
