Four independent variables make up the research model: savings, microfinance financial access, skill development programs, and business support. SPSS software was used to analyze survey data from 300 female businessmen. The findings of the research indicate that access to microfinance financial access, loan terms, and skill development initiatives are all inadequate. A lack of savings and limited consumption make it challenging to hire more workers. Theoretically, this study has clarified the variables influencing the growth of female-owned businesses in Ho Chi Minh City. According to the research findings, three factors include savings, access to financing, and skill development programs have an impact on encouraging the development of business projects by women.
