Enhancing the quality of human resources of ethnic minorities to meet the need for the sustainable development of the Southwest region.

Abstract

The context of increasingly deepening international integration has been posing new challenges for the improvement of the quality of human resources, including human resources of ethnic minorities. Enhancing the quality of human resources of ethnic minorities in the Southwest region aims at obtaining the sustainable development goal in the Southwest region in particular and the whole country in general. Moreover, it plays a vital role in performing the strategy for great national unity and national security protection.
