Enhancing corporate bond issuing opportunities - empirical research in listed firms on Vietnam’s stock market.

Abstract

This research uses data from 218 listed firms on HOSE, in the 2010-2019 period of time, to find out the determinants of corporate bond issuing. Then, the recommendations will be proposed to these companies to enhance corporate bond issuing opportunities. The results show that firm size, financial leverage, GDP, and inflation rate impact on the corporate bond issuing decisions; whereas the value of bond issuing is influenced by ROE, firm size, and inflation rate.
