Completing laws on science and technology in Vietnam today.

Abstract

Completing laws on science and technology in Vietnam is an urgent issue, especially in the context that our country is integrating deeply with the world economy and the 4.0 revolution is taking place strongly globally. In addition to the role and characteristics of the law on science and technology, this article points out its basic contents, criteria, and conditions to ensure the improvement of the law on science and technology. Based on those contents, the article evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of Vietnam’s current legal system on science and technology, thereby offering practical solutions to improve the law on science and technology effectively, bringing Vietnam’s science and technology activities to sustainable development, achieving the goals set by the Party and State.
