Current status of legal regulations on management decentralisation of economic in Vietnam

Abstract

The article introduces an overview of the legal system on decentralisation of economic management inVietnam. After analysing the limitations in the current decentralisation legal system and surveying some countries that have enacted decentralisation laws, the author proposed some suggestions to contribute to the improvement of the legal system on decentralisation of economic management in Vietnam.
