Abstract

Opuntia stricta var. dillenii and Atriplex hortensis var. rubra, two plant species with abundant betalain and flavonoid content, were studied by high performance countercurrent chromatography (HPCCC) coupled with ESI-MS/MS in an off-line detection process.
