Nghiên cứu hiệu quả sử dụng đất tại Lộc Thắng, Bảo Lâm, Lâm Đồng nhằm hướng tới sản xuất nông nghiệp bền vững
Abstract
Lam Dong province is known for its strength in agricultural production, particularly in perennial industrial crops. However, the effectiveness of agricultural land use still faces numerous limitations. Research utilizing survey methods, primary and secondary data collection, and evaluation techniques for land use efficiency for three main crops (coffee, tea, and avocado) in Loc Thang town, Bao Lam district, Lam Dong province, aims to assess the efficiency of agricultural land use. This assessment serves as a basis for proposing solutions to enhance land use efficiency, contributing to socio-economic development and environmental sustainability at the local level, and achieving the goal of sustainable development. Research results indicate that avocados achieve the highest value economically, followed by coffee and tea, as demonstrated by the ratio of value added to investment capital (VA/IC) and gross output to investment capital (GO/IC). Socially, coffee generates higher production value and labor productivity compared to avocado and tea. Additionally, the study identifies environmental quality issues such as improper fertilizer use (coffee and tea crops), inadequate disposal of pesticide packaging, and the potential risks associated with growth-promoting agents affecting the quality of agricultural products.
