Abstract

Reducing greenhouse gas emissions from road motor vehicles is a priority for many governments and large cities around the world. Currently, there have been many solutions proposed in Vietnam, including developing non-motorized transportation in large cities, typically using bicycles to connect with other public transportation. in urban areas. However, to develop this type, many policies, mechanisms, etc. are needed as well as the cognitive acceptance of the people.
