SOCIAL SECURITY POLICY FOR ETHNIC MINORITIES AND MOUNTAIN AREAS FOR THE PERIOD OF 2011 - 2020, SOLUTIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION IN THE PERIOD OF 2021 – 2030

Abstract

Social security is an important issue that comprehensively
affects the lives of ethnic minorities, as well as the stability and
development of society. In the past years, our Party and State have
paid attention and issued many policies on social security, aiming
to improve the lives of ethnic minorities, contributing to mitigate
the adverse effects of changes for households and individuals in
ethnic minority and mountainous area. Despite the shortcomings
and limitations, but the policy of social security has also achieved
certain results. The article focuses on evaluating programs and
policies to reduce poverty and ensure social security in ethnic
minority and mountainous areas in the period of 2011-2020;
on that basis, identifying some difficult and inadequate issues
on social security for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas
in the period of 2021-2030 to have a scientific basis to improve
effectively the policy of social security for ethnic minorities in the
period of 2021 - 2030.
