HO CHI MINH CITY ABOUT SOCIAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE ETHNIC MINORITY AND MOUTAINOUS AREAS

Abstract

The Communist Party of Vietnam upholds Ho Chi Minh's thought as completely correct in socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas. That is consistent with President Ho Chi Minh's great contributions and pure moral example. That work is also consistent with the development of Marxism - Leninism. Therefore, Ho Chi Minh's thought is not only the ideological foundation and guideline for the actions of our Party and the Vietnamese revolution, but also becoming a sustainable value that has been and will be spread more and more widely, deeply in the world.
