OPINIONS, POLICIES OF THE PARTY AND THE STATE OF VIETNAM IN TRAINING, RETRAINING FOR ETHNIC MINORITY HIGHLY QUALIFIED HUMAN RESOURCES FOR ETHNIC MINORITY AREAS
Abstract
In the period of international integration and development of knowledge economy, highly qualified human resources is a decisive factor for the country’s rapid and sustainable development. So, determining the training and retraining of highly qualified human resources, contributing to the comprehensive development of ethnic minority areas is a very urgent issue in the global integration context today. The article presents an overview of the opinions, policies of the Party and the State of Vietnam in the training and retraining of ethnic minority human resources, especially ethnic minority human resources with high qualifications for the ethnic minority area. What needs to do and how to create highly qualified ethnic minority human resources to meet the requirements of socio-economic development in the ethnic minority area is a matter that needs to be answered thoroughly to contribute to complete the policies related to training and retraining of ethnic minority human resources in the present period.
