RELATION OF ETHNIC AFFAIR STRATEGY WITH SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES AND STRATEGIES OF MINISTRIES, BRANCHES, LOCALITIES

Abstract

2020 is an important and landmark year for the country, the Party Central Committee and the Politburo direct the review of the socio-economic development strategy for the period of 2011-2020 and develop the strategy for the period of 2021 - 2030, vision of 2045. This is the basis for ministries, central agencies and localities to summarize and formulate strategies of branches and fields of management, including ethnic minority affairs. Ethnic affairs strategies relate to many branches and fields, apart from implementing and concretizing the views, tasks and solutions of the country's socio-economic development strategy. Due to the specificity of ethnic work being "multidisciplinary, multidisciplinary", the formulation of ethnic affairs strategy should demonstrate the role of coordination, appraisal, inspection and supervision for branches, fields related to the development of ethnic minority areas.
