SOME ISSUES ON HUMAN RESOURCES OF ETHNIC MINORITY TODAY

Abstract

In the development periods of the country, human resources are always considered as the most important resource for the development of each nation, each ethnic. People have enough qualification and capacity to exploitother resources well. Therefore, in the current trend of development and international integration, coming from the quality of human resources, developinghuman resources of ethnic minorities in our country is a very important issue and need to have long-term orientations, plans and strategies to meet the requirements of sustainable development in the ethnic minority and mountainous areas. In this article, the author focuses on analyzing the status of ethnic minority human resources and giving some basic solutions to effectively develop ethnic minority human resources in Vietnam in the context today.
