Abstract

Getting learners' feedback on teachers and schools is a right policy of the Ministry of Education and Training, which is being implemented in many universities and colleges in Vietnam. Up to now, many universities and colleges have done very well this policy, but still many schools have not implemented it yet; In those schools that have done it, the use of learners’ feedback results is also different, although most schools acknowledge this policy contributes to improving the quality of training. Therefore, we find it necessary to research, synthesize, analyze and evaluate the getting learners’ feedback on teachers and schools, thereby making recommendations and proposing a better practical implementation, contribute to improve the quality of training.
