PRACTICE SOME MATH SOLVING SKILLS ON THE APPLICATION OF DERIVATIVES TO SURVEY AND PLOT GRAPHS OF FUNCTIONS FOR GRADE 12 STUDENTS (SURVEY IN DIEN BIEN DONG DISTRICT, DIEN BIEN PROVINCE)

Abstract

Math teaching and learning activities of high school students are mainly solving exercises, thereby forming and training for students math solving skills - an important goal in teaching Mathematics. Studies on Mathematical teaching methods by Nguyen Ba Kim (2015), Dao Tam (2010)... recognized methodological knowledge as means and results of activities. In addition, other studies have also paid attention to training math solving skills for students, but the studies stop at training math solving skills in general.
This article researches and identifies skills in solving essay math, multiple-choice math that need to be practiced and proposes methods of training math solving skills on derivative application to survey and graph functions for grade 12 students, with specific study site is Dien Bien Dong district, Dien Bien province.
